Capt Dave’s Sportfishing Charter Policy:

PayPal accepts-Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover for deposit or charter balance.

Do not bring coolers on the boat, coolers are supplied on board and ice is supplied.

*** Charter Rates do not include cleaning of fish.

Gratuity graciously accepted for expert fish cleaning, done after our 6 hour fishing charter.

(extended 8 hour charters add: $100.00)

Please bring all drinks and snacks in a plastic bag, leave a cooler in your vehicle for fish upon returning.

Do bring, rain jacket, hats, sunglasses, camera. I must know if anyone has “special needs” at time of booking.

Lost or damaged tackle (rods & reels) will be charged at replacement cost. Please treat my fishing tackle as if it were your own.

Reservations : should be made 2 weeks to 30 days in advance. (45-60 days for major holidays and multiple boat charters.)

Published Rates may change without published notice during holiday periods.

Reservations require: PayPal $100 deposit. See Step 2.

All trips booked with 36 hours or less reserved prior to departure time will require one half “up front” deposit via phone credit card details. This will be 100% non-refundable if there is a “no-show”.

Balances must be paid in cash or credit card at the end of day. No checks please.

Cancellations 15 days or more prior to charter, full deposit or paid in full charters can be rolled into future charter or a refund less 10% will be made. Cancellations made in 14 days or less prior to the charter, you will loose your deposit or it may be rain checked.

Capt Dave Sipler’s Sport Fishing, will not be held responsible for loss of fishing time due to weather, fishing patterns, transportation or other incidents from conditions beyond his control.

Reschedules due to inclement weather are per Capt. Dave’s decision.

NO charters will be cancelled or rescheduled because of weather, until the morning of. So, unless notified by Capt Dave, via telephone call. Be prepared to stay with plans and show up at the boat ramp, 15 minutes prior to departure time. And no matter what, come prepared with proper attire, because you will be in the great outdoors.
